Keyholding and Response
How does it work?
It is both simple and inexpensive to entrust the security of your property to us.
As you would expect, we visit all new clients to familiarise ourselves with the layout of your property, the alarm systems you have and any specific instructions you would like us follow.
We will also collect the keys you wish us to hold. These are immediately coded and sealed in our secure control room. The seal is only broken if our Keyguard is called to your property for any reason.
What can I expect?
This will depend on the type of service you choose and if you are a domestic or business customer.
Our Keyguards can be trusted to follow your exact instructions while you are out or away, from feeding a pet or checking doors and windows, through to rapid response to an alarm and liaison with the emergency services.
We ensure our Keyguards are fully trained to deal with any situation; you couldn’t leave your property in more capable hands.

We provide a rapid response to domestic and commercial burglary alarm activations. In the distressing occurrence of an actual burglary NSSG Keyholding reduce the emotional impact and also ensures your property is made safe and secure again as soon as possible.
We attend promptly and investigate thoroughly whenever an alarm is activated. This means you no longer have to worry that your neighbours may be disturbed by false alarms and you won’t have to rely on relatives or friends living nearby to deal with the situation.
Police requirements for monitored systems
By using our professional keyholding services, you will automatically comply with police requirements for nominated keyholders and no longer have to supply two named keyholders whom can attend within 20 minutes. You can be confident that every effort is made to protect your police response status and that using experienced trained professionals to investigate and rectify false alarms , will minimise such occurrences.
Safeguarding commercial premises
We’ll take over the security of your business premises, leaving your staff free to take care of your business. There will be no need for you or your staff to be called out in the middle of the night, no worries about health and safety regulations and no need to provide special transport or equipment. You and your staff can leave everything to us.
